Hayley is a graduate of the Sage College Esteves School of Education where she earned her Master's Degree in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis.  Hayley has worked with children and adolescents with with a variety of diagnoses, presenting behavioral problems, and educational challenges in schools, and in-home settings. She has experience in eliminating severe problem behaviors, feeding therapy, and communication programming. Hayley is currently providing in-home behavioral services for ZABA.

Ashley taught in public schools for years and developed a passion for behavior analysis that led her to pursue a certification in Behavior Analysis. She joined ZABA in 2017 while working towards her BCBA credentials and recently joined the clinical team as a BCBA. She has expertise in effectively reducing and eliminating severe challenging behaviors.​ Ashley currently provides school and home based services for ZABA.

Stephanie is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University where she earned her Master's in Applied Behavior Science. Before joining ZABA in 2018, Stephanie gained experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities in the public school and in home-based setting. She has many years of experience using ABA therapy. Stephanie currently provides home based behavioral services for ZABA.

Dr. Thomas Zwicker, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA (CT&NY)

​​Dr Zwicker has over 26 years of experience serving individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities across the country. He received his Ph.D. in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Kansas, the first and largest behavior analytic doctoral graduate program in the world. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral level and a licensed behavior analyst in Connecticut and New York.

Dr. Savage received his Doctorate degree in Psychology in 2011 from Northcentral University, School of Behavioral and Health Sciences, Arizona. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral Level with over 20 years of experience in training and education in businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He currently teachers in the Master's and Doctoral programs for behavior analysis at Ball State University. Dr Savage also maintains certification in teaching psychology from the New Jersey Department of Education. He consults and leads teams on complex cases. Before receiving his doctorate, Dr Savage used his Master's degree in Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, School of Management to help businesses maximize their results through talent management. 

Dr. Savage uses his expertise to ensure client teams take the most effective, appropriate behavior analytic approach to fit the client and the context. He focuses on programming that is driven by strong positive reinforcement contingencies to keep clients motivated and learning so they can maximize their developmental potential.

ASSOCIATION FOR BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS INTERNATIONAL ANNUAL CONFERENCE THAT ADDRESSED THE NEED FOR OBJECTIVE OUTCOME MEASURES FOR THOSE RECEIVING ABA SERVICES AT HOME AND IN SCHOOLS. HE ALSO SERVES ON THE ADVISORY BOARD FOR THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER OF EXCELLENCE (BHCOE), AN ACCREDITATION ORGANIZATION THAT EVALUATES AND CERTIFIES ABA SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS AROUND THE WORLD AGAINST STRINGENT QUALITY STANDARDS.
DR ZWICKER REGULARLY LEADS TRAINING WORKSHOPS THROUGHOUT CONNECTICUT FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN LEARNING CRITICAL SKILLS TO ADDRESS PROBLEM BEHAVIORS AND INCREASE LANGUAGE AND SOCIAL SKILLS. HE ALSO LEADS ONGOING TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS TO TEACH PARENTS AND THOSE INTERESTED IN HELPING SERVE CHILDREN WITH AUTISM THE SKILLS REQUIRED TO BECOME REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS.
BEFORE FOUNDING ZABA THERAPY, DR ZWICKER LED THE STARTUP OF ABA SERVICES AT EASTER SEALS COASTAL FAIRFIELD COUNTY.
DR ZWICKER'S CONNECTION TO AUTISM IS PERSONAL AS A PARENT AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL AND IN RECENT YEARS HE HAS STRONGLY ADVOCATED TO THE STATE LEGISLATURE, SCHOOLS, AND AGENCIES TO ENSURE EVERY CHILD GETS THE HIGH QUALITY, INTENSIVE BEHAVIORAL INTERVENTION NEEDED TO HELP THEM ACHIEVE THEIR MAXIMUM DEVELOPMENTAL POTENTIAL.
